A Story Behind Every Sketch｜Circle Yuen at Cuphead Cafe for Open Studios Notts 2025

As part of Open Studios Notts 2025, Cuphead Cafe is delighted to host illustrator and picture book creator @circleyuenlokling for a one-day pop-up showcase of her creative journey, original artwork, and illustration prints.

Visitors are invited to explore behind-the-scenes sketchbooks, character designs, dummy books, and an exclusive preview of Our Dance, Circle’s upcoming picture book to be published by Graffeg this June.

Throughout the morning, enjoy live drawing demonstrations and an intimate glimpse into the creative process behind storytelling through art.
